Processing & Shipping

What is your shipping policy?

We will process all orders within 1-3 business days. During festive seasons, there may be a short delay in processing. Our standard shipping time is generally 2-8 business days and 1-4 business days for express shipping in Australia. Further information on our shipping times can be read here.

Do you ship internationally?

We are an Australian-based company and do not ship internationally at this stage.

Do you have free shipping in Australia?

We offer free standard shipping in Australia on orders above $65.

Will my order having tracking?

Yes, once your order has been processed and dispatched, a shipping confirmation email with a delivery estimate and a tracking link will be sent to your email address.

Returns & Refunds

Can I get a refund?

Yes, you can return items within 30 days. The item must be in original condition, unused, with all original attachments, labels, and tags intact for the return to be accepted. Please read our return policy for more information on how to initiate a return.

Payments

What currencies do you accept?

We only accept payment in Australian Dollars (AUD). 

What payment methods are available?

Customers can checkout with payment methods such as Mastercard, VISA, ShopPay, PayPal, and Google Pay.
